In my own professional life, as well as my personal, I realized I have always been engaged in user-experience subconsciously in every obstacle I want to overcome, whether in a physical setting or digitally through software. There comes a time in life where we would question ourselves: "Am I really following the right path to a brighter future?" That moment came during my 4th year in my structural engineering career. The decision was made 10 seconds after that realization. I wanted a change.

I explored other interests in other industries, including marketing, business development, data science, graphic design, even cooking. Then when I heard the first words of user-experience, my first reaction was confusion. I did not know what that term word meant. After research, I discovered user-experience resides everywhere, both in the physical and digital world. At that moment, everywhere I looked, I see a new perspective. Everything that exists and happening around us is shaped today because of user-experience. Ever since then, I spent every single second learning about the industry and how I can be a part of it. The world today cannot evolve without good user-experience.
